We currently offer delivery services via our logistic partner to the whole of Malaysia. Please keep in mind that all orders will be processed within 3 working days from the time the order is placed. Shipping rates is calculated during check out and will vary according to the items in your order and where you are having them shipped.
Here’s the current expected delivery lead-time:
If you receive items different from what you ordered, or if the items arrive clearly damaged, please contact us at email@example.com within 3 working days to submit a request for refund. We will work with you to arrange for the cards to be sent back to us. All orders are double checked before packaging starts. However, do take note that we occasionally use common cards as fillers to protect the cards that you are ordering.
We occasionally update this shipping and refund policy to reflect the changes in our business and feedback from our users. C&H Digital Sdn Bhd reserves the right to revise this shipping and refund policy at any time. However, if there are changes that are material, we will give you notice of such changes before we implement them. If you use our service after we have provided such notice, you are deemed to have accepted the revised shipping and refund policy.
